We recently had a storm door and windows installed at our house. The windows came with a lifetime warranty (great!), but the storm door only came with a one year warranty. About a few months after installation the UV coating for the storm door began to wear off and displays visible marks. After calling multiple times, we were able to finally get a hold of someone who was willing to talk to us. They tried to explain how the warranty was past but we explained that we called to address the issue before the warranty expired, and we offered proof to show that we called before then. They finally agreed

The salespeople were easy to work with, and the person who came out and went through everything with us did a great job explaining the process. It took more than 6 months to receive the windows so the installation could be scheduled. But the installers were professional, polite, and the work was done faster than originally scheduled. Someone called after the installation to make sure I was pleased with the windows before I had to pay the balance on the project.

While it took a while to get my 18 custom windows manufactured they were installed this week and they are wonderful! My 1993 wood windows were quite difficult to remove especially the 11 picture windows. But the crews did a fabulous job, quick, professional, and curious. And MY NEW WINDOWS LOOK WONDERFUL!!

Sales person did not worry about critizing competitors too much instead focused on describing their products and how installation process works which was one of the main reason why I chose wondow world. Also affordable and reasonable price. Jose did installation and was very professional and on time. He did all 9 windows in one day without lots of disturbance.

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Job was completed one month ago, they installed windows with broken frames, left caulking on the carpets and all over the inside and outside of the windows. Wooden trim was damaged, left trash everywhere, and more. We are having an awful time getting anyone to come back and fix it. So many excuses, horrible customer service. Original salesman and time frame was great, but they keep promising to send someone to fix everything and have yet to do so.

The window installation itself was great. Guys were on time, friendly, competent and were done in a timely manner. My issue was with the customer service or lack thereof. We ordered windows 3/28/18. They were not installed until 6/28/18. I was told from order date to installation it would be a 4-6 week timeframe. I called twice to check the status… and each time was told I would be getting a call the next week to set up installation. When I realized this wasn’t happening I called a third time and was told it was my salesman’s job to let me know what was going on and that it was
