Maryland Shingle can be trusted to do a great job every time. The owner, Mike, is an honest, conscientious businessman who genuinely cares about his customers. After recommendations from neighbors, we used his company to replace the roof in our old house, and based on that positive experience we used them again for the roof and siding in our new Annapolis place. During the recent siding installation they uncovered significant structural rot near the chimney. This was a serious issue but Mike worked with us to implement a building-code-compliant fix, at minimum cost. Their work is top notch and

In 2011 I had my roof replaced by Maryland Single, the service was very professional and the work was done in a quick and efficient manner. In 2014 after a wind storm I called Michael Van Allen (owner) concerned about a loud banging noise which I thought was coming from the roof, after inspection it was discovered that one of the rake boards had blown off. Michael reinstalled it with no hesitation and NO CHARGE saving me a couple hundred dollars. Just that kind gesture has earned Maryland Shingle a customer for life!!!!!!

Maryland Shingle had completely replaced the shingles on our roof 10 years ago and did an excellent job. Recently, a tree fell on the garage resulting in holes in the roof and the damage to the siding. Maryland Shingle accurately evaluated what was needed and their cost was within line of the insurance company payment. I was very pleased with their timing in making the repairs and the quality of the repairs.
