I want to keep this short. My businesss has been working with Oneclick since 2012. They were great until about 4 or 5 years ago. We submitted a ticket for a "slow computer", windows search wasn't working properly, renaming and moving file folders was extremely difficult. They "remoted in" and found nothing. We filed another ticket and then they did some.deeper research and still found nothing. This went on until August of 2021. My computer got to the point where my productivity was reduced to about 30%. Oneclick still didn't have a solution for us. As it turns out, our server was and has been failing

Dropped off my laptop to have fixed (just repair of one key on the keyboard) on a Monday morning, no response for 2 days, called and left a message. Got a call back wondering what I want done with my laptop? I told him (John) and he says he didn’t want to work on my computer that day because there was a storm? My computer was all charged up and didn’t need to be plugged, but ok? Waited 2 more days, no response, left another message…no response. Waited 2 more days, no response, left a message? Finally after them having my computer for over a week…nothing! I just went into the store and got

Went in today looking for a charging cable for my Dell Laptop. John went in back and looked for the charging cable I needed. He couldn't find one so he took the cable off of the laptop he was using on the front counter. He plugged it in to my laptop to make sure it worked. On top of giving me his charger, he also gave me a great deal. Highly recommend and I will be back.
