Educating our patients on how to prevent or minimize foot and ankle injuries is also an important part of our practice.

Services
The Foot Spa at Azalea Coast Podiatry & Foot Spa offers a unique alternative to the traditional nail salon. We are happy to offer pedicure and manicure services to our patients, as well as our community, in a safer more hygienic environment. All Foot Spa services are performed in a private pedicure suite to promote relaxation and foster individualized attention for each client.
It is also the patient's responsibility to bring their referral, if required, with them to our office. We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process. The first time I came in was for a painful toenail situation that they managed to squeeze me in to get handled. This was on the spa side btw.
Danielle was masterful at alleviating my pain and gave my other toes a trim.
I immediately scheduled a sports pedicure and once again she made my feet feel amazing. I even got a little color this time.
Booking an appointment well in advance is a must.
Clean, private, and totally worth the wait.

Dr. Smith has a very gentle approach to how she handles her patients- never rushing or causing unnecessary discomfort- She truly is amazing

I heard horror stories from friends who had been patients of local podiatrists in Wilmington so I googled "woman" podiatrist and got Dr Smith. Thank goodness! I travel from Hampstead to Azalea Coast Podiatry to see Dr. Smith even though there are many podiatrists closer to me. I do this because time and time again I am greeted by a caring staff and a wonderful doctor. Dr. Smith. I am treated courteously . I was there today my toe pain is gone and Dr. Smith again worked her magic. Thank you.
