I contracted Hales AC to install my new HVAC system in my new home build. The entire team, including sales and installation techs have been very knowledgeable and professional. Technicians Spencer, Jason, Mike D, and Mike W performed a complete system replacement and were very punctual, careful, respectful, and professional! They were all very knowledgeable and gladly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process. George was great to work with throughout the process, too. We had a 2-stage Daikin installed last month, and are very satisfied with the service and quality Hale’s provided. Our technicians Mike and James showed up on time, were friendly and professional! Even when he had to run additional wires in the attic to accommodate the new thermostat he had a positive attitude and very competent.
