1) called about a luggage system and was told they have a constant revolving inventory.
2) was verbally GUARANTEED a 2 week delivery time (+ shipping time), so maybe 2 1/2 weeks........did I receive my parts ? NOPE!
3) after at least 12 emails and 3-4 phone calls , got the same BS line every time......2 more weeks they said
4) 10 1/2 weeks later....no luggage and more excuses
5) Asked for a refund and an order cancellation........no response.....they went into ghost protocol....ignored me 100%
6) had to initiate a collections case and THEN I finally got a response that they will cancel and

Edited to add John was just as awful. Demands you let him explain but doesn't afford you the same courtesy. Ignores what you actually have a problem with and calls you names. Throws in your face that he'd rather believe his employees over some girl. Disrespectful and seemingly misogynistic. I think I was allowed to speak uninterrupted 45-60 seconds of the whole 8.5min phone call. Offered zero resolution and seems to run in the company that they just talk over you and take no accountability. Don't buy from these guys.

Phenomenal customer service and very knowledgeable about all the products they offer-and they offer just about everything to enhance performance and looks. My order came within 2 days-I was pleasantly shocked at how fast it came. Almost as fast as my bike is now thanks to Hardcore Cycles. They are the real deal for real riders.

I've been a regular customer of Hardcore Cycles since they first started back in 2015. I choose to buy from them because out of all the motorcycle parts companies out there, they are the only ones who go the extra mile to help out their customers. I have only been riding for about 4 years now, so a lot of times when things go wrong with my bike, I'm not 100% sure what the problem is. I bring my issues to Hardcore Cycles and they always know what the problem is, always sell me the correct parts to fix the problem, and always do it at the most affordable price out there. I have been dealing with hardcore cycles for quite some time now.I have purchased parts from other vendors. By far Hardcore cycles is superior to any other shop that I have ever dealt with. If I have a problem with a part they make it right.With them the customer is always right and always comes first.Whenever I have a question I get an answer. There customer service and sales reps are second to none. After the sale is made I always get a follow up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will deal with them forever.
