I had all 4 coils and spark plugs replaced because of engine knocks and near stalling out. Went on a trip out of state and barely made it. Another mechanic stated that only 3 coils were replaced. The 4th one was an original factory part, plus the coils were wrong. Were jammed in and they had to pry them out. Car was misfiring. After asking if I could send in the invoice and pictures of the wrong parts he did not even consider reimbursing me for work done wrong.

I've known Mike for years and thought he was fair and honest in this business, but I've decided money is his motivation and everything else takes a back seat.
I came to him with a simple job to mount and balance two tires on my front and rear BMW M Sport wheels. As most people know these BMW wheels are staggered (Wider with a lower profile in the rear). His technician mounted the front tire to the rear wheel and the rear tire to the front wheel. To any observer this mistake looks very obvious even for a non technical type. On top of that both brand new rims were damaged from the service. Grrrrrrrr
