Didn't care for their service for a part which it was supposed to be in Rochester ended up being in Geneva which wasn't a great big deal but it was a little bit of an inconvenience since I was going back to Syracuse anyways but I had to detour off the Thruway and didn't really care for their attitude there

Flew in a couple weeks back to get a truck. My contact info was wrong but the gals in the office were super nice got me pointed in the right direction at closing time on a Friday no less. Moved on to the right person he had all my info ready and had the semi pre tripped with a half tank of fuel in the truck ready to go. Had to go to parts and grab a couple things for my trip half way back across the US. Parts guys were very helpful and got me out the door and on my way quickly. Well definitely be doing more business with RT&T.

The worst place to get fixed. When the job was done, they called for the payment. I tried to find out what was the hourly rate and the lady on the front desk with the shop foreman answered me: "It doesn't matter what the price is, we did you a favor, so just pay and leave". I tried to argue, but they threatened me to get my equipment inside of the shop and hold it there for several days (knowing that the driver had a load to deliver). She refused to provide my driver with the invoice with what exactly was done until I paid. Treated me like I was NOBODY.
