Giovanni and his father brought in a 4.5 ton capacity Amana unit for our attic, and it was very hot up there, since we'd had no AC for many days. They talked with us, we discussed our options, and we didn't feel pressured into one way or another like with other companies (as in you MUST get a new unit, and it costs between 6 and 12 thousand, and it must be one particular brand). No, with Optimum we achieved exactly what we needed - cooler air, and by the way our electricity bill is down from last year at the same time. Yay :)
