Janet is the office manager who keeps our books, and our heads, on straight. Janet is a mother of four beautiful and nearly grown children and manages the paperwork for her husband's accounting practice along with ours. Her background includes working as a physical therapist and supervisor for Moss Rehab in Philadelphia before the children came along and she made raising them her highest priority.
TJ is our Service Advisor at the Station. His goal is to give you optimum customer service and keep you informed before, during, and after your car repairs. A local guy who graduated from Pennridge High School, we won't say how long ago, is a great part of our team. In addition to working at the shop, TJ is a dirt track racer and has a clothing design company that promotes dirt track racing.

Mike, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. We did check your Mazda for a coolant leak. The cooling system was full to start. We then pressurized the system for over 40 minutes, no leak. We allowed the engine to run and get up to operating temperature, still no leak. When we removed the plastic belly pan/cover there were no coolant stains or wetness we could see.

I loved the personal note on the bill that explained everything that wAs done to the car. Also the bill was itemized to explain all the charges. When I couldn’t pick up the car before they closed they made special arrangements. Service was professional and competent.

This was the first second time I used Michalak's. My car needed state inspection. It was easy to make an appointment. I arrived on time and they were waiting for me...no waiting. They were extremely pleasant and professional. They pointed out some items that may need repairs in the near future. Very professional and extremely pleasant team! I highly recommend! I heard about Michalak's from a co-worker who has been their customer for 20+ years. I needed to get my motorcycle inspection done but didn't want to take it to a place where they would have simply slapped a sticker on it. When you only have two wheels, you need to be 100% confident that your ride is safe. Michalak's staff was very professional,… attentive to detail and accommodating to my schedule. I recommend Michalak Service Station. I am still new to Philly area, they were outstanding! They did an amazing job on my vehicle! They fitted me in last minute and paid careful attention to every detail of the issue with the car. They took me both ways since I didn't have a ride back home. The problem was discovered and fixed in a very timely manner. They were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back!
