Certified by Exterior Design Institute and Moisture Warranty Corporation to inspect Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and Hard Coat stucco, architectural stone, vinyl siding, fiber cement cladding and asphalt shingle roofs for proper installation during construction and moisture intrusion problems on existing structures.

Single family home inspection - I reached out to Alatech for a quote and Larry immediately gave me a call back within 10 minutes. He offered a reasonable quote and available appointment times right off the bat.
His report was very detailed which was great since we were not present for the inspection. The report was emailed to me within a 24 hr turnaround and he was able to hop on a quick call to go over all the questions I had for him. Highly recommend him for any home inspection. Reliable, punctual and thorough.

Alatech has earned another 5 stars for the home inspection conducted just a day ago. Larry was prompt, responsive, well prepared, and well experienced and it showed. My last home inspector gave me the bare bones, and it was great to see that Larry delved into specific concerns in regards to repairs and safety issues. Alatech home inspection responded to our request for a very specific request for dryvit inspection. Larry was very thorough, well- prepared and provided a comprehensive list of areas requiring attention/repairs. As first time home buyers we were very relieved to have someone as knowledgeable as Larry perform this inspection and walk us patiently through the details of his findings. Mr. Brooks is the best in the business in my experience! His reports are so detailed and he can find things that you would never have thought to look for!

I was very impressed with Larry and Alatech Home Inspection Service. I am a military service member buying a home over five hours away. Larry was very responsive and knowledgeable, and was able to inspect the property on very short notice. His thoroughness with the inspection as well as the quick turn-around for the inspection report (the following morning) allowed an already delayed purchase agreement to move forward. I can not give enough praise to Larry and the team at Alatech and if I buy again in the future, they will be the only inspectors I consider.
