Hair stylist Alba is very very good, she is the kindest person I have ever met. She is so professional, she takes care of you, she makes you coffee, she puts her extra efforts to keep you happy and she even adjusts her timings to make it work for you .. she customizes everything to make you feel comfortable.. here’s a thing I would like to share, I was always conscious about water going into my ears while washing my hair so I used to ask her cotton to put into my ears but after few service she brought something like earplugs to put into ears only for me. Also she attaches a cushion to the hair

Lee did such a good job on my short haircut to give my curls more volume! She layered it and also dyed it a dark chocolate brown. It’s so much softer and shinier than before! Lee is also a very kindhearted stylist who is sure to make every visit feel special. They were also very clean; they sanitized chairs and had everyone wear masks due to COVID. Highly recommend!

I went it for a simple cut. Take 2 inches off to shorten up the layers and add side bangs. I brought a picture, told her I braid my hair a lot-- she insisted I didn't want that cut. I wanted layers. I repeat: I braid my hair a lot, I do not want layers.
So she chopped of 6+ inches!!!! I look NOTHING like the picture. And she refused to blow dry my hair unless I paid $25 more.
Worst experience ever.
