Dr. Rachel was born and raised in Reno, Nv and is a fourth generation Nevadan. She went to the University of Nevada-Reno and studied Cell and Molecular Biology, receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 2007. She strives to deliver the best possible care to all family members so that families may express health to their fullest potential.
Dr. Rachel is continually expanding her knowledge and expertise in Prenatal and Pediatric care. She is passionate about supporting women through all phases of their lives, but especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Dr. Rachel has created a unique and vibrant family practice - and can't wait to serve and empower the community with knowledge.

Services
Dr. Rachel schedules New Patients, Results of Tests, Consults, Re-Examinations and Postpartum Visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dr. Rachel schedules Regular Office Visits on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dr. Rachel knows how busy everyone's life is and wants to make it fast and convenient to stay on track with your care plan and health goals.
Your first visit to Battle Born Chiropractic includes a complete history and examination including: bilateral weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, posture analysis, range of motion, orthopedic and neurological testing, leg check, and palpation. Battle Born Chiropractic does not take X-rays in the office but recommends bringing any current imaging (within the last 6 months) in with you on your first appointment.
During your second visit to Battle Born Chiropractic, Dr. Rachel will review your results from your examination, your X-rays that were provided or referred out for, your personalized care plan, and a financial consultation. Once you are committed to care and ready to move forward on your journey to a healthier you.you will receive your first adjustment.

Dr. Rachel wants to make sure there is enough time to discuss your birth story, any issues you or your baby might be experiencing, to perform an examination on mother and baby, and have time to adjust when needed.
