McHone Industries specializes in bending and fabrication of tubular steel products. We bend and fabricate many types of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The name "McHone Industries" is synonymous with American tube manufacturing. Although we have branched out to offer a number of contract metal services, tube bending services continue to be our specialty.
McHone Industries has the capability to produce all types of weldments for a wide range of applications. We have three multi-axis Panasonic robotic welders as well as a team of experienced hand welders in house. We provide the full weldments package - from producing the tube or angle, to fabrication, to laser cutting, to powder coating and packaging.
McHone Industries' sheet metal roll forming capabilities include many angle shapes and gauges as well as custom shapes and hole patterns. We are also able to roll sheet metal into a variety of shapes. McHone Industries offers sheet metal roll forming as an individual service or as part of a full-service manufacturing agreement.
