Very happy with the service I received and the price was very reasonable. My tech was on time and spent a lot of time in a very small crawlspace in our attic furnace and was able to determine and fix the problem right there. It was not something that is typically a common issue, so he was very thorough on finding and figuring out the problem and getting it fixed.

I had Method Air install two new AC systems in my home. Everything went well with the installation. A week later I had an issue with the thermostat and I called Method Air to come to make some adjustments. Scott responded right away and corrected the thermostat issue. What impressed me the most was when I expressed my frustration with the inconvenient way I had to access the filters、Scott went the extra mile to change parts to the filter cover to make it much more convenient for me. He did it quickly and free of charge!! I was so grateful for his professionalism!

Outstanding service, excellent value. Recommend Method without any reservations and will use the company again for semi-annual check-up of residential HVAC equipment. Sheldon, our technician, thoroughly tested our 12-year-old gas furnace and correctly diagnosed a problem. He is friendly and respected our property. We got a clear answer about a needed repair and he came by the next day and installed two inexpensive sensors. Total cost came to $139. He ran the furnace through several heating cycles while he waited to ensure he had corrected the problem.

Method was contracted out through another company to do a repair for my furnace vent. The owner Cody was difficult to work with and condescending. This was a simple job that should have only taken a few hours. Instead there was a miscommunication, and Method sent an invoice to the company that was paying for the repair even though they hadn't done any work. It took several weeks for them to complete the job and they left a pretty big mess in our house.
