After various jobs, Bob went to work at Glass Block Dept Store for 11 years doing appliance repair. When Glass Block got out of appliance sales, they encouraged Bob to start up his own company.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. No exaggeration when I say that this is the most unacceptable service I’ve ever attempted to receive. Not only did I waste a full work day waiting around for them just for me to call and find out five minutes before closing that they didn’t even have me scheduled, but then spent 2+ hours on the phone with them trying to set up the actual date of service. Completely rude on the phone; talking over me, repeating the same sentence over and over, and putting me on hold for 15+ minutes to “find my paperwork” that I emailed not more than 20 minutes

I have to decide if I am just going to just buy another appliance or have to deal with this dysfunctional "repair" store. Unfortunately, we bought a Thermidor brand thinking that it would last, and Johnson Appliance is the only place that repairs them in the area. Believe me, I would rather go ANYWHERE else. I shudder every time I am forced t go there. The freezer died on a Wednesday and I called and had to leave a message on Thursday and waited until Tuesday to call again to ask when they were going to return my call about a coming out. A repair man came out the following Monday

I’ve only ever had a good experience with Johnson Appliance Repair. Over the years I’ve had them repair multiple appliances with great results every single time. I would absolutely recommend them and I will absolutely call them next time I need an appliance repaired.

I had a very good experience with Johnson Appliance service. I left a voicemail and they responded by the end of the day. I provided them with the serial number and model number of my cooktop and they ordered the part. They called me when the part was in, and we set up an appointment. I was first call, so they arrived nice and early in the morning. When he came, the repair man, Aubrey, was very professional and nice.
The repair was done, and we now have a very nice working cooktop. I would recommend them. You just have to be a little patient with their phone system.

I waited all day for an appliance repair technician who never showed up or called. I had made the appointment online with manufacturer, received confirmation, AND contacted Johnson Appliance Srvc by telephone. When I called about the no-show I was told that there was no record of the service appointment (for which I had email confirmation) & someone would call back. No call, so I called again the following day and was told someone would call back. Hours later, no call. I cannot understand how this business continues to operate! Customers miss work & then must reschedule?? I need
