Family medicine with an emphasis on family. We like to make a personal connection with everyone we meet. We believe that individualized care is the better approach to healthcare. We are your first point of contact when you have health concerns or you have undiagnosed symptoms. We listen to you and address your concerns with care, compassion, and empathy and we take our time to get to know you, your health, and your family.
Michael Lunde, MD, is a graduate of the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Lunde is board certified in Family Medicine and scored in the top 5%, nationwide, on his board re-certification exams in 2001, 2007, and 2014.
Debra Seiler, MS, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and licensed by the state of Wisconsin to promote family health and wellness for patient's of all ages. As a transplant from Chicago, she began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse at Loyola Medical Center, a trauma I level hospital.
Rebecca Bott, APNP, NP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of Wisconsin to promote family health and wellness for patient's of all ages. Rebecca strives to provide kind, compassionate care to patients in all phases of life.
As Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we see patients for a variety of reasons. Whether you need to come in for a routine physical, preventative check-up, scrap, cut, a cold, gynecologic exam or some other health concern, we've got you covered.
