John and Sidney Jones have a vision for developing J1SRanch Rocky Creek Preserve in Driftwood, Texas. 7 unique properties for sale, 30-minutes from Austin, in the rolling hill country with agriculture exemption. To accomplish their vision, they contracted Petraviam to develop the site, cutting the roads in, installing underground utilities and storm water management.

Petraviam is not only a superior paving product, the staff and overall customer service is top notch. I got several asphalt paving quotes, Mark with Petraviam came in the lowest and with a better product. They do periodic inspections and return to touch up areas they feel need extra attention. As the owner of a small service company with a fleet of vehicles that depends on good payment, I can honestly say that I am impressed with the product and the people at Petraviam. Give them a call.

Our main entrance roads at Texas Paintball are paved with Petraviam. Before Petraviam, it was dust bowl and the roads would wash out every time there was a hard rain, which added hundreds of hours of labor and time wasted. Now they're smooth, impervious to water, and best of all, little to no dust! We store some things for other companies, so we have 18 wheelers on it all the time and they haven't hurt the material whatsoever.
