Our Family has had our Camper here for last 4 years and every year it has gotten better. Owners are great to work with and employees are very nice and helpful. Such a great place away from home. Only 5 minute ride on Bike to the Beach. Always nice and peaceful park. Our family will be there as long as possibly. I'm hoping to have a lifetime of memories with my Kids and Grandchildren there.

The lady that runs this place is one of the rudest and most judgmental people I have ever encountered. As for the facilities, very mediocre. The only good thing about this place was the dog park and even that was absolutely INFESTED with ticks.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and showers. The showers are 25 cents per 2 minutes $1 minimum. The dog park is in the woods so it’s nice.

Nice small park with very friendly people. Would have liked more time to enjoy the activities there. Clean and relaxing with a wonderful pool. Wonderful dog park but bring the bug repellent. Highly recommend!

I'm a first time RV/Camper owner so getting my feet wet here was perfect and I'm close enough to home so I can go back and forth. Great location! Just minutes from Salisbury Beach or a 7 - 10 minute drive from Hampton Beach. Very little street noise and the park itself is quiet during the day and even at night.. I've added a photo of my rig.. Happy Camping!

We love this RV park! John and Missy are second to none. Huge dog run (not tiny like most places)! Tons of things for the kids/teens to do, heated pool, game room and shuffle board, not to mention it is 1 mile to the beach. Laundry is reasonable and about average for what we have seen across the country. The only place we would stay in the area. The WiFi is not bad like others have suggested. Did a speed test and got 10mb down. Which we used to play 1080 videos, use our work VOIP phone and access works VPN. Unlike Every other RV park we have been to their WiFi is Actually secure. To bring up secure

Did a one night stay on our way north. Office is very responsive to phone calls and emails and all employees are super nice and helpful! Helped us back into our spot.
Concrete pads. Nice pool. Office sells ice and firewood.
Easy 20 min walk to the beach!
Great dog park, but bring the bug spray as it sits near a stagnant pond.
No data, and wifi is garbage... So we would never be able to stay longer here and work.

Nice clean campground but sites are way too narrow for a rig with slides. Seasonal folks got all the good ones. A little costly for nothing but a pool...it is just over a mile from the beach though!

From the time of our arrival to our departure Beach Rose RV Park provided a warm and engaging experience. The staff maximized the experinece with true New England hospiltatlity. From guiding our motorhome onto a best fit cement paved space to the amenities offered including a full (SUPER CLEAN) bathroom, outdoor games, and a wonderful pool.

Beach Rose is perfactly located for any visitor seeking to be close to Boston, sensational harbor and coastal towns like Newbury, and Salem for history buffs who want to wander amongst good witches.

Full hook ups for our motorhome allowed our motorhome to

This park is a must stay!
I can't express enough how amazing this place is. A lot of places say they treat their guests as family and fall short of actually doing it. But not this one! We felt at home for the moment we checked in!
The couple that run it are extremely nice and helpful. They work hard to keep the park looking its absolute best, and it shows.
Having propane on site was really nice as well, not having to make a trip into town to refill. Full hookups on the sites that actually work and are maintained as well.
We definitely will be visiting again.

Great place to park the rv. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but the pool does look inviting. The showers require quarters to use ($1 for 8 mins). This park is clean, well maintained and a short walk to the beach.

Acording to the web site, they were open until the end of November. We pulled up to a closed gate. It was clear people were staying there. The manager was rude to use tell us they were closed for the season. We will never go there. I will sleep in a Walmart parking before we give them any business

Had an awesome time. The park is secure, well manicured, has a great pool and deck. The game room is filled with all kinds of rainy day activities well thought out by the staff whom btw were so pleasant and interesting to talk to. Always having time for my silly questions. Next time I will book a month so that we can fish more. Fishing from the river or ocean within a mile of the park. There are so many things to see and explore nearby.

Great park! Sites are pretty spacious for a smaller park. The front desk staff is AMAZING!! The only complaint I have is the camp host. She lurks around the RV park looking for people to scold. My husband was doing the laundry -well trying to- the camp host looked our laundry up and down and said "there's a laundry mat down the street". WHAT?! there is a perfect fine laundry facility at this campground but for some reason the camp host wanted to antagonize us. So we packed up our laundry in the car and went to go find a laundry mat. Other than her the campground is fabulous

Love this RV park! For the money, it was one of the best RV parks I've stayed in. Super clean, very friendly staff, nice bathrooms, and amazing laundry machines. I wish more RV lakes we stayed in were like this. I've been living on the road for the last year and this RV park is in the top 3 so far on this trip. I just wish it was a little closer to Boston haha

Some strong positives with our visit this past weekend. It is only a 20 minute walk from a very nice beach. The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Bathrooms in excellent condition. We also had the nicest site. If we had any other site it would have been too close to other campers. These sites are pretty close together. Will go back and have no problem recommending this campground to others.

We are full-time RVers and stayed here for 2 weeks in April because of its proximity to Boston and the Maine Coast. It was a wonderful place. All the staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are well-kept, and water pressure and WiFi were both great (not always the case in RV parks). We were backed up to a pond of sorts and heard beautiful birds and were able to sit outside and watch ducks. They also have 2 fenced dog parks...one of which is so huge that I couldn't see my dog at times! The park is about a block from the beach, which has lots of public access points, and a few miles

I just stayed here this weekend...in a tent =) For the record, this is solely an RV/camper park during the peak season, which I assume is from Memorial day to Labor day. As I understand it, and Donna explained this on the phone before I left my home-they don't typically take tent campers-except for in the off season... Well to be honest, I was very hesitant when I realized it was an RV park because typically RV people and tent people are looking for a different experience, different amenities and to some extent, are in different age groups... Now having said all that, I like this place
