Handicapped room was not for handicapped people. The shower didn't work. The tub was not made for handicapped and had no plug. The front desk person was quite rude, and would not help. Not impressed.

I give it a 4 star.. I was really pleased with king size suite. It was very clean and smelled clean.. We really liked the room very spacious. The room had a stove, microwave, mini-fridge and kitchen sink.. we slept comfortably, but a downfall for this place is that it doesn't have elevators.. so if you are carrying heavy suitcases and other stuff you have to walk upstairs. And if you are wheelchair dependent this hotel is not for you.. breakfast wise- i will say that if any hotel is offering continental breakfast you are better off going out to eat. No aunt n uncle were promised a sweet didnt get it and there working on the rooms and let them stay in it with plaster on walls ect.

Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was another story. NO coffee as they were waiting for the manager to bring more. No bread, muffins or donuts. The waffle machine wasn’t functioning. You can get a cold glass of juice, a carton of yogurt or microwave a dish of oatmeal No fruit at all.

Assistant manager bo canceled our reservation because of our service dog. When I showed him the ADA requirements he said they do not have to follow them and refused us service. Reporting this location to the ada. Do not stay here.

With all other hotels fully booked we had no choice but to stay here. The man at the front desk was very accommodating, polite and the cost reasonable. Despite the older exterior (also well maintained for the age) we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room we were given was clean, fairly updated and far above any motel 6 or 8. We try to avoid those two at all costs. Never a good experience with either of them. Furthermore noticeably Countryside Inn is not a new, or perfect as some might expect. However we feel the five stars were earned given the age of the building, the way
