Couple of days prior I had called in regards to an appointment for a severely painful toothache. I mentioned I had a pending medi-cal insurance and was promptly given an appointment. My Medi-cal was approved the morning of appointment and Stanislaus County told me to provide my social upon arrival. I showed up for my appointment and found door was locked. When receptionist finally came outside to inquire about my appointment they told me they won't be able to see me due to their system being unable to find my benefits through SS number. I don't have my MediCal card yet as it only got approved 2

I made an appointment, got me the same day. Went and got an examination as the result of losing a crown. I have a DeltaCare plan.
The only option this facility had for me was a 1332 crown. This is the only option that they offer. DeltaCare doesn't cover this crown. Why would they send me there, and why would anyone pay that kind of money?
They also to told me that there might be other providers able to provide a lesser quality crown that my not-so-good insurance would cover.
I wouldn't recommend this facility.

Being a retired dental assistant for the state of California for the past 30 years I would have to recommend taking your businesses elsewhere. From the lack of professionalism, the lack of doctors chair side manner with her patients, to even the tone she and her front office staff used with my family and the scheduled patients that day. We waited almost 2 hours to be seen and to top it off the doctor the doctor competed my oral exam by is this is without hesitation the worst office by far. Our adult daughter chose this place as her insurance dictated. She had not been able to afford dental care for several years as her husband is a disabled veteran and money is tight. When their Medi-Cal started covering dental care, she was excited and immediately made an appointment with this dental office.

Doctor Gurjot Sidhu the way you handled my situation showed resilience, experience, knowledge, and critical thinking. I would recommend anyone who needs dental work or just a cleaning to come down and check her out! Also to mention the help in the front desk, Veronica made the paper work side of my visit awesome. Rude and disrespectful! Today was my 4 year old daughters 1st dentist experience. Only to greeted at the front entrance with attitude and disrespect. It was scheduled to be a family experience as my wife, daughter and myself were set to meet our new dentist for a cleaning as we are new to the area. I left work 3 hrs early for my appointment at 12:15. I arrived at 12:00. I walked up to the front door and knocked so they were aware I was there. Absolutely love the dentist here!! She and her assistant are so funny and have firecracker attitudes (which is a good thing!) while they are still completely professional and thorough in their work! She brought some things to my attention that my previous dentist completely missed (or didn't tell me about), and is very straight forward and honest about everything. I cannot recommend them enough, I truly feel cared for in their chair.

This is the worst place you can ever go to - make sure you come here if you want the wrong teeth pulled out!
Also- The staff will try and get you to leave a 5 star review prior to treatment and leaving the building on the first visit. And if you ask for a copy of treatment plan they will refuse, refund you, threaten to cancel your account and tell you to leave.

Horrible dentist and the WORST customer service.
My wife needed an emergency cleaning since she has a dental problem similar to TMJ. Well, my wife and I called MULTIPLE times to confirm that she would be getting a CLEANING only to find out that when we get there that they want to charge an extra $250 for an x-ray and an exam. When we spoke to the receptionist over the phone, she claimed that the X-ray is free for new patients. She also informed us that we would be able to pay in installments. The price of a dental cleaning was supposed to be anywhere from $80-$148 but when we arrived she stated

I had to go in for an emergency tooth extraction. Being the Big baby I am. All I can say is wow. Caring compassionate. She explained every detail to me all the way. I have found my forever dentist. What I thought was going to be a super painful experience Dr. made sure I felt as little pain as possible.
The office also was clean and modern. During this time with Covid-19 she took every precaution to ensure both mine and her safety.

Dr. Sidhu is truly the best dentist I've had in years. She is through and pleasant to everyone. This morning I had an appointment to have my teeth extracted as part of the process of getting dentures. I came in at 10:15 and I was out by 11:30, and had very little swelling or pain throughout and following the procedure. It was an all-around excellent job that put me at ease despite being concerned about the process in the beginning. Thank you Dr. Sidhu!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.Same day appointment, staff very friendly and accommodating. Dr Sidhu was professional and explained everything to me. I feel that I got great service for the price, I paid cash and saved a lot of money. I will definitely be going back and recommend her and staff to everyone. I would give more stars if I could, The doctor went out of her way to make me comfortable and I was a wreck, The work was done with no real pain and I do not like dental visits. I can't say enough good things about them and I don't want to leave out Debbie, she was wonderful. At this point the after care has been great, I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

I recently had a cracked wisdom tooth and I saw the reviews here so I decided to give them a call. Debbie got me in right away and she was great got me set up for extraction on my day off and they were amazing I went through my procedure and fealt completely comfortable. If your looking fo a good dentist which is extremely hard to find Dr Sidhu is the best, come here the entire staff is very knowledgeable and honest. 5 star plus service.

I can here to get my moms denture made. Like three months ago. I was told to take extra warranty on it so I did for my 73 year old mom. Today I went with my mom the get one of her teeth fixed that was but chip in the front. I still have other warranty I was told by Debbie who knows how to screw patience up told me to pay $216.00 on top on the warranty. Customers be careful what you get from this people. I have sure I can get my moms dentures fix. But I have a word of mouth to spread about this place. It ia cheap but have all hidden cost. I can promise this. I would rate them zero after my incident

Fantastic place...I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My friend and I ended up going based off a recommendation from another friends daughter...come to find out we had the wrong place....boy am I glad we made that mistake...the entire staff is very friendly and they treat u like family...and very reasonable with their prices...I was very surprised what my out of pocket would be after my insurance paid....if you need a dentist please give Dr. Sidhu and her staff a chance especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist like I do...I am definitely going back...

Dr Sidhu is a dentist that believes in helping everyone. She truely has a passion for dental health. She is one of the few dentist that still has that spark! She is very gental and her staff is always kind and caring. She doesnt like to see anyone in pain so she will get them in as fast as she can. Great looking office. High quilty care. You will not regreat coming here. If your afraid of the dentist please visit her, she will make your fears go away.

I always a have a great experience when coming to this dentist. She's always so personable and friendly. The staff is also very friendly. They go over everything thoroughly before starting any kind of work and even pre qualify with the insurance company to make sure they cover all the work being done.
Dr. Gurjot is awesome with kids too, brought my daughter in and she was adamant about not freaking her out and hating the dentist. Having a tv in the office also really helps with this. I like that option to because who doesn't want to watch tv to take you mind off what the dentist is
