Growing up, both sets of my grandparents owned their own business. My maternal grandfather had polio as a kid and he and my grandmother sold fruit out of their garage. My paternal grandparents owned a shop where they sold Native American jewelry, art and fireworks. My dad was a travelling salesman and my mother was a nurse.

I've always been aware of how difficult it is for people without access to sponsored retirement plans to create enough wealth and savings to support them through retirement. When I started my practice, I realized I could help people who were on their own. We do this by protecting their ability to earn an income and creating an asset management plan that will generate creating retirement income that lasts as long as they do.
