Jim started the flower shop in 2012, when he was 76 years old. Raised in the floral industry, he had always dreamed of starting his own flower shop. After moving to Turtle Lake in 2009, he began thinking of how he wanted to keep himself busy. With the encouragement of his family, he bought a building downtown and started J. Arthur's Flowers.

We have a wide variety of Mylar balloons to choose from. Below is a sample of some of the categories of sayings we have. This is nowhere near a complete list and we have several options within each category. We do not have the large number balloons, but we do have balloons that we can personalize with a specific number or name - just ask us about it!.
