I started working for my dad's business in Arizona in the early '90s with my two brothers and sister, brother-in-law and other employees. We worked on installing hundreds of new septic systems for manufactured homes in Yavapai county. I then moved to Mancos in 2008 and from there, my father and I started the business back up in 2017.
While we started our own business, we are still working in conjunction with my father on job sites throughout the year. This way we are able to team up and provide the best value to each job we work on. We want to make sure that the best expertise and efficiency are put into each customer request. The water and waste from your septic system flow through a drainage pipe to the septic tank. Bacteria in the drainage pipe and tank work to separate the solids from scum, which is primarily made of oils, grease, and fats. The scum floats to the top while the solids form a layer of sludge on the bottom.

Jeromy and Luis are incredible! Jeromy was honest and let me know immediately that I did not need to pump the tank but did find a bad lid. They worked extremely hard to clear the pipe that ended up being blocked with a rock. They made sure the job was done completely and our family wouldn't have issues in the house. These two were hardworking, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely use them again!

I contacted them to pump my septic tank. They informed me then that my leach field was failing but refused to provide any kind of estimate without paying $1400 for a permit and engineering. All the way say was it would cost between $8-10K. Okay fine. So exactly 2 weeks later it was leaking around the lid. Called them to come take a look at the lid and make sure everything is good with lid. Got the excuse that lid is fine and it’s because of my leach field is the reason why there is liquid appearing at the lid and wouldn’t come out to confirm that and told me that I have filled up a 1000gallon

Shane came out to our property yesterday to investigate our backed up sewage line and determine if our septic tank needed to be emptied. He arrived exactly within the time he specified and was absolutely terrific.
We had a blockage at the entrance to the septic tank, which he cleared for us free of charge! We had just paid a plumber the month prior to clear the blockage for $800! Shane explained the operation of the septic tank and said ours needed to be emptied.

We had older tank that was nearly inaccessible (partially under a patio) that needed to be inspected and certified with a looming deadline.
