I will always love my home away from home! They have a very simple roadside style with motel. Don't expect any fancy holiday inn style amenities, but expect friendly faces and good hospitality. I've not had one negative experience to date here!

Friendly and cheap, especially for a long stay. It certainly had its golden years when Falcon Lake was at full pool, but it's a quit and clean place. Best if you are in a self contained RV.

Old rv & hotel, but our lot is great for the very fair price we pay, good informative office help, okay ammenities, friendly welcoming neighbors.Don't expect luxuries, just perfect for us & our budget.

It's an older lodge but prices are fair, good service & very friendly people. Just as an fyi...I rode my bike down by the dried up river bed. When crossing the little make shift bridge my bike tire caught a crack and I wiped out busted my knees up pretty good. Be careful if you ride down there.

The spot I was given to park my camper the plugs were old one didn't work and the other was in rough shape. There were 2 sewer lines to hook up to one had no lid on it and was covered in dirt the other the thread was broke off. I basically ran water down the one covered in dirt just to make sure that it was going to flow. I was only there a short week but the neighbours told me the electricity is very expensive.

My husband is currently down there working for the wind farms putting up turbines. The owner is so friendly and has made them feel more than welcome. It is a very good feeling knowing someone is helping these guys feel at home when they are anywhere from 17-25 hours from home.

This is an older well kept park right on Falcon Lake, a well known lunker large-mouth bass lake. There is two boat ramps right in the park. Use of which one depends on lake level. Louis, park manager and Theresa, activities director work hard to make everything run smoothly. Many activities; card tournaments, bingo, bean bag toss, and a recent renovated pool. Many Winter Texans as us northern visitors are called have been coming here each winter for decades. Zapata a small border town may not have everything you want, but has everything you need. Quiet, friendly, and inviting is the best description
