The Camera Ready Set offer requires the customer to select the Auto-Pilot Pre-Foundation Skin Primer and shades for two products, including a Camera Finish Powder Foundation and Camera Finish Concealer. Highly Recommend Bianca she works at a few of the sites. Bi is professional not only this but I'm a client who has aniexty body confidence wise she is so very thoughtful talks you through what she is doing and… is so talented. Bi also loves a good chat and loves to talk about all things makeup. On Tuesday 27th I had my makeup done at the Garden City (Booragoon) store and was blown away by the level or professionalism, care, and effort that I received from Paige. Paige was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable asking any makeup questions. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends and will be definitely going back. Paige has the qualities that any employer should really appreciate and celebrate in an employee.

I received the Signature Makeover service recently. Whilst everyone was very lovely, I don’t feel the makeup look I received was worth $95. Although it was redeemable, so I bought some makeup as well. My eye makeup was poorly applied and the false lashes were crooked. The winged liner was also uneven. My foundation was meant to be full coverage but it looked quite patchy. I pointed out a few flaws (mascara and bronzer smudges) before she sprayed setting spray. I wish I could give a rating of ZERO stars..brothers wedding and thought instead of doing my own make up to get it done professionally...I asked for dramatic eyes and bronzed skin and what I got, glitter on the lid with some black eye liner i asked her to darken my eyes and she darkens the eye liner which all faded anyway.
my under eyes not even set...I had to go and 'fix' it or try to. for make-up artists was such a disappointment. biggest waste of 95 dollars

I was disappointed to see that for an Australian company like Nepoleon Perdis they use Talc in their products. Talc is a cancer killer hazard and dangerous carcinogen substance but yet Nepoleon Perdis uses this in their products. Very shocking.... I’d rather spending more money and be safe by using Lancôme or other Talc-Free make brands in Sephora. Someone should send their makeup in the lab to get it tested for asbestos on the talc.

What has happened to this place. Where did it go so wrong? Epping staff have no idea how to apply make up at all. I gave them the Benefit of doubt to go back twice and it was my mistake. Both ladies used there fingers to apply make up, both didn’t give me what I asked for, and really didn’t know what they where doing. I’m very very good with my own… make up hence why I’m fussy when a so called professional does it. Then there always “out of stock” it’s a joke. The second time I went across to ingalot to have my make up fixed as I ran out of time

The makeup I got was OK. It wasn't that much different to what I could be applied for myself.
Half of the face was set properly while the rest came off within the hour.
I definitely don't think it's worth it to get a full face done here. I wish I had of had a make up artist come to the house instead.

I recently attended a wedding and had my make-up done pre-show at Napoleon. I hadn't actually heard of Napoleon Perdis before (I'm from Canada and the brand hasn't made it overseas yet), but my partner's mum and all the ladies from his family were spending the morning getting their make-up done at Napoleon, so I headed along.

I absolutely love this concept store. I've been buying Napoleon Perdis for years but have never been to a concept store. The service was wonderful and there was so much to see, clothes, jewellery, bags and of course make up. I love the make up stations with Napoleon's version of director's chairs. I had my make up done and Belinda did an amazing job. She answered lots of questions, one of which I've been asking Napoleon staff in different stores for a long while - she clearly knows her stuff! Next time I'm in Melbourne I am def visiting the concept store again. All staff
