Ive locked my self out my building twice I called SafeKey locksmith both times. The technician that helped me was Justin. He is the best! He came in less than an hour and made me a brand new key & the price that he charged me for the key was relatively low in comparison to what other companies we’re trying to charge me! I recommend them 100%. They are the best.

Prices are not as advertised on website. Website quotes were $29 service call and then a list of average prices by situation. We had a lockout situation and service call plus fee ended up being over $250. Compared to the estimated $95 on their website. I would’ve appreciated more transparency.

Needed a key cut for a vehicle on our storage lot in Romulus. Gave them detailed information on the phone and as requested sent them a detailed email with information on who to contact at our lot. Called them 3 times during the day to say the tech had not called us to let us know when he would be at our lot. They kept promising some one would call. At 6PM my lot manager called and was told sorry we can't make it and we didn't get an email which is BS because they told me they received my email. Total waste of our time...don't waste yours with this business.

Beware, very unorganized and did not show up for a scheduled install over a week in advance. Called to reschedule and was told “no big deal, just call the main number and reschedule”. Which I did, and was assured that we would have no issues. But to stay by my phone the day of install and a tech would call me. Appointment time came and went,… and gave them well over an hour window past their scheduled install time. NO CALL, NO SHOW! I finally called the tech that I supplied all of the information to. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. guy wasted my time by first putting in the wrong adress into his GPS and then when he finally gets here hes telling me that it would cost me 250 bucks for him to unlock my… garage door because he didnt have the tools on him that he needed? so I had to pay extra fees for him to run and grab a ladder? Very unprepared and the most unprofessional service I have ever delt with
