Creative Fab & Welding uses SolidWorks 3D software to create the part and eliminate potential problems prior to fabrication. We have been taking advantage of 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) capabilities since 2011. 3D realistic view drawings and renderings are a great tool for view or improving a prototype before the fabrication process has even begun.
Parts are formed using press brake, horizontal bender, or roller based on the end product. Creative Fab & Welding's rolling and forming equipment can create multiple bends in sheet metal with accuracy and repeatability. We work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials to create enclosures, channels, frames, hoppers, cones, arcs, rolled tanks, chutes, guards, and more.
Our selection of overhead cranes allow us to position and rotate large weldments during the welding process. Creative Fab & Welding's welders can handle the challenges of any project.
