Mario was very helpful and reliable. From the moment I spoke with him... he took ownership of the problem and did not stop until it was resolved. They were mindful of cost and made sure that we did not spend extra money unnecessarily. Him and his team went above and beyond. I can't say enough how appreciative we are to Mario and Coolmatics for helping us out in a bind. We are an apartment complex and our a/c went out during business hours, temps in our office reached 90 degrees. Mario saved us with a temporary solution so we are all working comfortably while the new unit is installed!! Thanks Coolmatics :) Highly recommend!

My house was 58ºF during this cold blast. I called Coolmatics on late night on the weekend. Mario attended my call right away. He listened to me, gave me some quick troubleshooting advice to try at home. When that failed, he came soon after to checkout the system.
He was very professional. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He checked out the system, informed me about my options. He was awesome!

Coolmatics is great.
We had problems during the Hurricane Harvey last year and problems with our Maintenance company, about fixing the unit, I called Mario for a 2nd opinion and Mario was able to diagnose the problem and was able to repair our system in a short time. He came referred to me and I am paying it forward and I would recommend him to anyone who needs expert service at a fair price.

Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company. They installed a new AC system in my home in Katy. The price was very fair and they explained all aspects of my new system.
