We've put together an award-winning team of administrators, physicians, nurses, care providers and staff by leveraging the talent and energies of four, separate partners: Gritman Medical Center, Pullman Regional Hospital and Whitman Hospital & Medical Clinics, as well as the Inland Northwest's premier cancer center, Cancer Care Northwest.

PSP is contracted with more than 25 insurance carriers. If we are contracted with your insurance company, you will receive a billing statement from us after the insurance company has processed your claim. Your charges will be listed along with any payments received from your insurance company. This listing should correspond to the explanation of benefits (EOB) you will receive from your insurance company.
We realize the importance of creating a smooth transition of care and that is why we have made it a standard to contact patients within 24 hours of receiving the referral. We too will make sure operative reports and follow-up chart notes are sent to you in a timely manner. Palouse Specialty Physicians have assigned staff that will make quarterly visits to your office.

Kati Haeder is an incredible professional. She genuinely understands the importance aesthetics have on self esteem and earnestly converses on the psychological effects of feeling confident in one's own skin. Always, she displays the utmost compassion in how she applies knowledgeable explanations to the procedures performed. I have never felt more listened to in my life and only recommend her services in the Palouse area.
