Jana has been doing my hair at Solutions for a couple of months. She always does a great job. At the conclusion of my last visit she also did a rust removal and cut on my 8yr old daughter. Both the rust removal and cut turned out great.

I found Brittney this past year. She started out doing my pedicures, which are top notch! Recently, she started doing my hair and I love the new cut and color! I highly recommend her. She is both professional and fun!

Stacey is an outstanding stylist and always has great advise on how I can style my hair at home. She takes time to show me styling techniques and how to properly use products that will give me the look that I want.
The staff is always welcoming, friendly and efficient. I love his place.

Kasie was my hairstylist she did an excellent job on my color touch up. She suggest a hair trim and I did. It is an awesome job and will definitely come again bc of the services and the communication they give you

Solutions is a great place with amazing hair products. I can't say enough about Annie though. She listens to what I want and will make suggestions, which always work out. I have let a girlfriend, with no experience, cut my hair simply because she was cutting all of our friends hair on a girls trip and I have cut my own bangs (both horrible ideas). She fixes my mistakes with a giggle, a smile and her magic! She's awesome!

Paid $70 for a Brazilian wax on Wednesday and it’s so patchy to the point I have to shave .. today is Friday. I called in and cancelled my next appt and wasn’t offered a coupon, free visit, or even to come in and get it touched up for free. Unhappy with my experience.

Attention to detail, pampering and great results. The people up front are friendly and efficient. This is my place to rejuvenate.

Got my sons hair cut and the girl cutting it did a terrible job!!! He was fussy and had to sit on my lap. She bend over to cut it and it's so uneven. It looks like he has a mullet. If something like this happens again she should NOT cut a child's hair. WAY too expensive for a crappy hair cut.

Great atmosphere and super service. Krissy has done my hair for several years now, I am always happy with my hair when I leave. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

I went to Solutions to get the hair removed from my eyebrows and lip and chin line. The beautician did a wonderful job. She shaped, tweezed and trimmed my droopy brow to match the other.

The Spa was busy and professional. I experienced none of the negativity of the previous reviews. I almost didn't go here because of them. Solutions Spa was not at all like I had imagined, for the good.

A couple of unusual things. I had to provide my phone number in order for them to summon my beautician. I can see the need if I were making an appointment, but this was a walk-in situation.

The first time I went it was really nice and friendly people. It was for 2011 Super Bowl. So I went again because I thought it would be the same, I was sadly mistaken I called ahead of time set an appt. for 3pm went for mani/pani. They started my pedicure and then quit because they close at 4pm. So they didn't even do my manicure they basically put me out and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I politely said NO!! And I'm not from Kokomo so I was visiting both times. Why would they schedule an appt if they couldn't finish both manicure and pedicure. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I haven't lived in Kokomo for 14 years now, but this has been and will continue to be my go-to place every time I'm in town and in need of quality beauty services. I can vouch for their manicures, pedicures, and special occasion updos, but I can especially vouch for their haircuts. If you're in the market for a new stylist, I highly recommend Ashley H. She's friendly, professional, and just plain great at what she does.
