The centerpiece of South Bend is the Bush Memorial Park and War Memorial depicting South Bend native Robert Bush serving his country during World War Two. The park is adjacent to a new recreational dock and kayak platform, where you can tie your boat up for a small daily charge, putting you near Pioneer Grocery and deli, South Bend Pharmacy, the South Bend Coffee Co., Hamp's Restaurant and several great shops!

All of our rooms are NO-Smoking rooms, have full kitchens OR kitchenettes, 12 cup coffee makers (coffee, teas, cocoa, sugars & creamers are provided), cable TV, hair dryers in most rooms, ironing boards and irons per request, free Wi-Fi and free parking. We do have some rooms with sofa beds and roll-away beds at an additional cost of $15 per night.

This little motel was so nice and clean. Huge rooms. Our room had two bedrooms and a full kitchen for wonderful price. Beds were comfortable, staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating. Will stay here again next time I’m in town.

I’ve stayed in a lot of different motels, hotels, bed and breakfast, cabins and rental houses but never as comfortable as this, with amenities that shame the larger hotel chains so called suits for a great price!!
Full-size kitchen w/appliances. VERRY spacious accommodations!
I’m looking for a reason to come back to Raymond.
Easy to find, excellent service friendly staff.

The room was Super Clean and Super Cute traveling solo I felt very comfortable and secure Jeannette was very friendly and helpful Daily room service was a bit of a surprise You usually don’t get that
I’m picky but giving the Seaquest 5 Stars is my pleasure

We will be coming back. The location was great. The rooms are clean and smell really good. Beds are comfy bathroom roomy and bright. It's like being home.

Quiet, large room with a good sized tv and an excellent bed. Kitchen a little dated, but well equipped. Parking very tight by room so had to park in the street. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

Super cute place, owners are very nice. My only complaint was the over powering smell of maybe something that they sprinkle on the carpet or a plug in air freshener some where in the room, I had to open both windows and it still was bad. Also the bed was really hard so we didn’t get much sleep. The rooms are super clean, they have a little kitchen in them, supplied with dishes, dish soap, coffee pot, etc. There was a recliner in our room and a table and two chairs. The bathroom was clean. I have to say this was one of the cleanest motels I have stayed in.
