Amazing Event Rentals is a family-owned, full-service event rental provider that is known for its ability to transform events and spaces through its unsurpassed level of service and customer satisfaction. Our team of professionals collectively possess over thirty years of industry-specific experience and we have one goal: to make your event AMAZING.
A 35% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to hold the rain plan items. The remainder is due before delivery can take place. If the contract is cancelled 24 hours prior to your delivery time, any amount over the 35% paid will be refunded on the Monday following your event.
If the contract is cancelled before setup begins, but not prior to the 24 hours of scheduled delivery, 45% of the total contract amount becomes non-refundable/non-transferable.We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve all items. In the case of a cancellation, we offer in-store credit for any future event within ONE YEAR.

Absolutely horrible!!! Never use them. My wedding planner gave them a layout and they should have known that we would have needed a tent triple the size. Had to get another tent from an additional company last minute. They don’t care or know what they are doing. Also, the string lighting I paid who knows how much for went out bc it was raining and they did not cover the electrical wires. I would never ever recommend them!!!!!!!!!

First off, I want to start by saying everyone at Amazing Event Rentals made my day so much easier. Everyone from the ladies that answered the phone, all the way to the delivery drivers that delivered my rentals.
I don't know how they did it but they helped me figure out the perfect size tent for the amount of people I was having. The rentals were obviously used but well maintained. From my experience, they obviously take pride in their work. XOXO

Decent selection of rental products at outrageous prices. If you need it, I guess you will pay it. A lot of the stuff is run down and nasty, make sure you look at it before you book it. Staff is basically useless

Not all experience with this company has been booked in my name. I appreciate the invite to call, and I will. Not every company is perfect, I've never had any MAJOR issues with Amazing Event Rentals. I'm not sure why the previous lady is so angry... She must have never worked hard in her life and had everything handed to her, businesses price things a certain way for a reason. Yes, Event Works is cheaper that's because they're still new, it's not even comparable. If I worked at Amazing Event Rentals, I would black list her and call other local businesses and black list her. My experience was TERRIBLE! I normally would never write a review but I feel this time I need to! This company may be good for weddings and big events? But their Bouncy House Department RUINED my 6yr Olds Birthday Party! And all I got from them was a " sorry all we can do is give you a discount on another event" I WILL NEVER USE NOR WOULD I REFER ANYONE again!
