David has represented individuals, business entities, and municipalities in connection with federal, state, and local permitting and approval programs for over 14 years.

Paul was born in Rutland, VT, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Columbia College and his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School.
He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict over the past 40 years in both State and Federal courts. A former U.S. Olympic Ski Team member, Mr. Ryan has represented ski areas and ski-related manufacturers, ski academies, industries, and individuals. Mr. Ryan is a Trustee of the Killington Mountain School and co-founded the Pico Ski Education Foundation.

I was referred here by a former employee at the firm. Called them and left voice notes more than three times, and used their online consultation request form provided on their website. I never received a response from anybody. I understand these are strange times and their firm may be backlogged, however I believe it was not professional to not even let me know they may not have openings for new clients. My case was straightforward, and I actually just got my card in less than a month without their help. I would not be recommending their services.
