While searching for a venue for my daughter's (last minute) graduation party, we were very fortunate to have found Hale Ikena. We were lucky to have found a place that was available and boy, were we pleased! Fam was very helpful and her suggestions were on point. The food was excellent and the banquet staff were great!

By far ~ the BEST photobooth ever!

Super friendly, super convenient. More importantly the party guests seemed to be having a great time. You love it when an add-on like a photo booth is more than just pictures but adds to the enjoyment of your guests.

What can I say? I LOVE Cristina!!!! The first time I ever had her service was back in 2015 when my mom got her for my graduation party. Since then we've used her at every event we have! I booked her again recently at my sons 1st birthday and the service was great, just like how it always is!! I love that she has a whole bunch of new things and that its not just photos like how it is anywhere else. She is very easy to communicate with and always responds back quickly. We loved having Instapics as our choice of photobooth for our wedding this past weekend. It was a hit with our guests as well! (Especially the button bar). As future weddings and first birthdays come up with friends we will definitely be recommending Instapics!

Absolutely the best photo booth company out there! Seen other companies at weddings and grad parties but the quality and packages offered made our choice to use them a no brainer. Christina is awesome to work with, always pleasant and willing to work with your requests. She even sent us digital copies of all the photos taken upon request! None better...highly recommended!

We booked Instapics for our wedding this past December. In the beginning, everything was great and went as planned. They showed up on time to the venue, the pictures were beautiful, and the staff was great!

But after our wedding, we realized that the double prints that we requested were not given to us. We thought it wouldn't have been a big deal, but we were soo incredibly wrong. We contacted Kristina to get them and she said that she could mail them to us since we don't live on the island. Great we thought.... over a month later, still nothing, so I decided to follow up. I have used Instapics Hawaii for the 3rd time now (My wedding, my sisters wedding and my sister inlaws graduation party) and all 3 times we have received exceptional service.
Pricing - Very reasonable pricing and worth every penny, the owner Cristina worked with our budget and making payments was very easy
Service - Both the owner and the Booth tenants that worked the party were very friendly, professional, and we never had to worry about them during the event.
Photos/Layout - The quality of the photos and the layout that was custom made for each event were perfect. The owner did an awesome job

Cristina and her team are not only professional, but super fun to work with. The artwork and quality of the photos and booth always exceed our expectations. Instapics is our go-to photobooth company for all of our corporate and private events.

Cristina immediately provided me with an updated link, and the photos immediately brought a smile to my face (as I fondly remembered our event).

Through her email, I also learned that Cristina was going through a difficult time. I can understand the difficulties of going through a rough family time, so I am willing to cut a little slack on the delay.

Based on my original experience (pre-event), and the extended response/followup, I think it is in your best interest to give InstaPicsHawaii

Cristina was really wonderful with communication, she was quick to respond to all my questions and her pricing were reasonable. I couldn't be happier with our reception last night and I'm so glad we chose to go with instapic Hawaii. Her staff that set up and stayed last night were really friendly and super easy to talk to! I think I talked to them more than the guests that attended. They were also really nice to print extras for me since the machine was acting up each time I got in the shot.

Cristina did my daughter's 1st birthday party this past weekend and I must say.....It was bomb! She and her husband provided great service and a great experience. My guests enjoyed them immensely and took many pictures and memories home as did me and my family.

I love to hosts parties but hate the stress that comes from it. Instapicshawaii basically took the stress out of party planning leaving me with the best part about throwing parties; making memories with my guests and more importantly catering to the celebrant.

They literally are a one stop shop for all your party needs and you won't see a duplicate of their stuff anywhere else either. They custom tailor things from banners, invitations, favor tags to photobooth pic fun. There really is nothing they cannot do!

What I am impressed about the most is owner Cristina's graphics design skill

I needed a last minute photobooth for my 10 year wedding anniversary on July 4th. When I contacted instapicshawaii they were able to not only accommodate me, but also meet me that same day with the contract ready. She had the background that I wanted (at no additional cost) and a good amount of layouts that were customizable. On the day of the party everyone was able to take pix multiple times and the props were plenty and perfect. The prices are also very affordable, for everything you get, compared to other local photo booths. I would hire them again for another party.

I worked with Cristina for my wedding. I loved that the photo booth was very modern and guests got to choose what layout they wanted. Very cool feature that I have not seen at other weddings. I chose them because I liked the fact that we got to have a custom design also. It was a hit at the wedding!

I did dock one star for responsiveness. As a someone who is paying for their services, I expect prompt responses. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from Cristina for weeks, which would be really frustrating. In the end, we did love our photos though!

We had instapics at my son's first birthday party and we couldn't be more happier with their services!!! Cristina was a joy to work with, communication was fast and easy!
