If I could, I would give them zero stars because one star is generous. I took my son there to check his eyes after a Strabismus surgery because I think his eyes reverted back. The tech could not have been any ruder. She complained that my son moved during these pictures. They wanted to touch his eyelids which I was not comfortable with because of increasing COVID cases. They did not schedule the apt with enough time to do an eye dilation. Instead of being patient and warm, she was cold and rude. As a parent, I would tell you to never take your child there.

I hate to do this, but NO! I just walked out because there were so many people in there. I thought I was told on phone that they only had one in the waiting room at one time and were following covid protocols. That was a large gathering inside if I've ever seen one! I will not be going back there. I liked them too. Its a shame

These guys are great and very professional. I Forgot to bring contact lenses with me on a work trip, I needed a good clinic to get me set back up. They were extremely accommodating and responsive, the staff was friendly, attentive, and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was taking care of the same day. I couldn't recommend the more highly.

My brother went here to get glasses that he had to have for a driving job he had just gotten. So he got the check up and bought the glasses he paid $279 and received them the same day. Within 2 weeks one of the arms had cracked, the screw fell out of one side of the glasses by the lens, and the round part around the lens cracked. He went back to them and they replaced the screw and put Loc Tight glue on the cracked places on the glasses. Loc Tight glue to repair his glasses?? Seriously?? How hard would it have been to replace these cheap frames with another pair of frames that weren't broken

I came to this place recommended n walk right in I had to make eye contact just to get service (the place was empty). The lady checked my insurance card told me the coverage n said "go right ahead shop around". I just felt this was not a proper way to deal with a customers. Within a min of just being there i left. If I was going to get that type of treatment I just rather order online.

Beware of their pricing!
I had been a long time patient of Dr. Strautman's. I stopped in 2014 after a fiasco with how they handled a serious eye infection and their billing. (an ulcerated cornea and infection in the 3rd layer of my eye, I'm told this is a very serious infection, which I knew because it was agony!) I went to a follow-up appointment after a nurse told me in Error to stop taking an antibiotic too early. When this came to light I was very concerned and I asked to be seen because my eye wasn't completely better and since I didn't do a full antibiotic course
