Mr. William (Bill) Utz is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Architectural Studies and a Masters of Architecture with concentration in Structural Engineering. He is an architect licensed in the states of Illinois, Montana, and Kentucky. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Bill serves as Architect and Project Manager of all types from initial design concept, through construction observation and beyond. He was formerly the President of Hance, Utz and Associates architectural firm and ArchiTextures Design Center. His vision is to provide his clients with a high standard of design in one location by providing Architectural / Engineering and Interior Design Services in house.

Utz + Associates Architects, PC (UAA) is searching for an Architectural Draftsman with experience in Autodesk drafting software including Revit and AutoCAD. The qualified Architectural Draftsman would complete assignments as directed and under the supervision of the Principal and Project Architects.
