The team seems nice, but very sloppy haircut. I showed the lady a picture with being promised of the same style. After only 20 minutes very simple cutting, it was done. I do not look like the picture at all, and there were even some uneven parts. I tried to cut my own hair during COVID which even looked better than this. I still tipped generously considering everything going on with COVID 19, but would never go back again.

I rarely go in to get my hair cut, maybe once a year or every other year. I’m always afraid my haircut won’t come out the way I want it to, but every time I go here they do such a great job and I’ll going more often! I have Dawn cut my hair and she is very friendly and funny and professional!! If you want to get your hair done by someone who knows what they’re doing I definitely recommend team cutters.

Teresa is my stylist and has been for many years. Team cutters and Teresa both came highly recommended to me by friends when I was looking for a new stylist. I always look forward to getting my haircut by her. She has a lot of skill, is tremendously friendly, and I don't know what I would do without her.

I have had my legs waxed up to the knee done twice there. $ 45 to get both legs done. The lady that did the waxing was professional and always did a great job. I also got my haircut and styled there. They always did a great job. I loved how they would send email saying they missed me after it had been a long time since my last visit.

I loved having my hair done here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I felt super comfortable the whole time. Sometimes at salons I feel a little out of place so I’m really glad I found Team Cutters. Cheyenne was great!! She helped me decide what I wanted, giving suggestions and recommendations for hair care! Finally found my salon in Fairbanks and will definitely be coming back regularly!

I can't say enough good things about Team Cutters. Friendly, courteous service. The shampoo? Oh my goodness, that was so much more than a shampoo. Very relaxing mild massage, I would say. Then on to the stylist. I imagine every single stylist there is fabulous, but I've only sat in Kate's and Nancy's chairs. Those gals are the best. I left each time with a cut I absolutely loved. I am leaving Alaska for a time to be with dear family, but you can bet I'm going to miss my Team Cutters. Worth every cent for the quality and customer service.

Love love love this place! I've been going here for a few years. Everyone is so friendly and in addition to leaving 100% satsfied 100% of the time, you're offered a beverage while you wait. I look forward to the head massage I always receive during my shampooing.
Prices are based on how long the stylist has been practicing their craft. In the three years I've been going to Stephanie Dufseth her price has increased only $5. I enjoy going to a place where I can expect to leave looking modern and fresh as opposed to looking like Cher at the Grammy's when I left other establishments
