Services
Walsh Asset Management, LLC was founded in 2000. We offer a full range of investment services, including investment management for individuals, businesses, foundations and churches. In conjunction with plan administrators, we help the plan sponsor coordinate the investment process of business retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, SEP plans, SIMPLE plans and money purchase pension plans.
The President of Walsh Asset Management, LLC, Tom has spent his entire 35 plus year career in the investment business. His wide array of experience in portfolio management, research, trading, and marketing led him to founding Walsh. Mary joined Walsh Asset Management in 2011 as our Director of Marketing and Operations.
We use a consistent investment process that takes the current day emotion out of investment management. We have developed a template that is customized for each client based on their particular situation. This template consists of up to fourteen fund categories that may be included in a portfolio.
Cost: Select a fund source that has strong historical returns and the lowest fees possible given the plan's constraints. Diversification: Provide a mix of funds that includes the appropriate fund categories without duplication. Education: Aggressively educate the employee participants on the benefits of the plan, including the fundamentals of investing, retirement planning, and asset allocation.
With questions about the future of Social Security and the decline of the traditional pension plan, one of the major challenges facing people today is how to plan for retirement. We take all the complicated variables and, using our partner eMoney Advisor, help clients assess their progress towards their retirement goals and make any adjustments necessary.
