I wanted to let you u know how much I appreciate your kindness and integrity! My windshield wipers quit working on the turnpike last Friday during a downpour. Thanks to my guardian angels I was able to make it over to the shoulder safely and wait for the rain to slow down. I drove over to Trojan Tire and Automotive to see if they could fix it and decided to get my tire fixed and oil changed at the same time. They were able to tell me that I had a Windshield Wiper Transmission Arm Linkage Failure. They could try to order the part to fix it for me or I should take it to a dealership and see if they

Thanks to the manager and staff at Trojan Tire my faith in humanity has been restored! Had a blast at the Oklahoma Aquarium with the kids only to find as we were leaving that I had no brakes! I'm sure you can imagine my panic attack while being a single mom and three and a half hours away from home. Find an O'Reilly's down the road that wouldn't help me and these guys next door not only stayed late to help me out, but we're happy to do so, so absolutely kind, and sent me on my way with hugs and well wishes that we made it home safe. Truly an incredible experience that could have been so much worse
