Holistic Nutrition is based on the belief that the human body has the innate ability to heal itself if given the right environment. This is created by choosing foods and drink that will support the body's healing ability. A consult with Nancy helps you to understand how you can improve your health and well-being and helps you create a plan that is completely individualized based on your goals and current state of health.
Reiki is an ancient healing art which uses "universal life force energy" in order to encourage deep relaxation to promote our natural healing in the body, mind and spirit. It can relieve stress, relax muscles, decrease pain and calm the nerves to reduce anxiety and distress. It is especially helpful with those suffering from chronic conditions and pain, and any type of condition in which stress can aggravate the condition.
Reiki classes at the center are very unique in that two forms of Reiki are offered. Usui Reiki is the type that is most familiar and widespread; it makes available earth energy for healing.
However, there is a second type of Reiki called Tera-Mai Seichem Reiki which is part of the ancient form that Dr. Usui (the founder) was given in Japan, yet when he attuned Hawayo Takata who brought it back to Hawaii in 1941, he left out several of the original symbols.These missing symbols make up Seichem Reiki and include the elements fire, water and angelic light/air.

After working as a staff nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a few years, she decided to continue her education and graduated with a MBA Degree in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University, and then worked in hospital administration.She has always believed that true health encompasses not only the physical body, but the emotional/mental and spiritual aspects of an individual as well.

Just for you Naturally is so so so much more than a store in west chester, PA. You walk in and immediately feel welcomed, at home, and at peace. Nancy is the owner who has gone above and beyond in her own training to be able to serve at her highest. She is a wealth of knowledge and one of the most authentic practitioners I have had the opportunity to work with. I received healing touch with Nancy and it was beyond an eye owning experience. I cannot recommend her services enough, if you are in the area you will most definitely want to stop in the store!!

I wanted to write this review for Just For You Naturally because the center and the owner, Nancy, have been a huge blessing in my life. I found Nancy and Just For You Naturally at a time when I was dealing with a debilitating health issue. I was in pain constantly and was one step away from needing surgery when I made an appointment with Nancy for a Reiki healing session. That one appointment moved my life in a whole new direction. It was an unplanned visit to Nancy’s “Holistic Wellness Center” if I didn’t miss my turn from the distraction of my thoughts I would have never ended up at the PNC ATM across the street from her wellness center.
Not enough words can express how genuine, intuitive and kind Nancy is and it was a blessing to meet her! I loved exploring her store hearing her stories and knowledge and learning about all she has to offer the community with her services!
Her store isn’t large and overwhelming like some that I have been in.
And her Holistic Wellness Center is perfectly laid out and inviting
