Services
Here at Evergreen Vision, we know how important proper eye care is. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service so you can have the vision you deserve. On average, we recommend scheduling an appointment once every two years to ensure your eyes are remaining healthy. If you have been diagnosed with an eye condition or ever have vision concerns, however, we recommend scheduling an appointment as soon as symptoms arise.
Dr. Hock provides routine vision exams, medical eye care and specializes in developmental optometry in which he diagnoses and treats vision problems that affect learning. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his doctorate degree in 1995 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon.
Here at Evergreen Vision, we love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concerns is explaining what you can expect from our practice. When you are new to our office, we put in the effort to provide you with a positive and comforting experience. When you arrive for your eye health exam, we want to be sure you have a first-class experience, and that we don't miss anything which may be important for you, your eye health, safety, protection, and comfort. If you are a contact lens wearer bring your contacts, your contact lens 'blister pack', your contact lens case, your eyeglasses you wear whenever you're on cold, flu or allergy meds, and your current sunglasses.

I like doctor Hock and his office. My only issue is that I have VSP true my Army retirement. They consider that out of network. I do not know why the office is not in network. Because of that, I had to pay 100% of the eye exam. Other than that, he does very well and he has all of the cutting-edge technology to ensure that your eye health is at its maximum

Everyone we interacted with was exceptional. I called this morning needing an urgent appointment. They got me in right away. We then met with Katie that took some basic information. She was very sweet, compassionate, and friendly. She seemed to make an effort to connect; which is very refreshing. Dr. Hock was also very compassionate, decisive, and present. Didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Truly made me feel like a valued patient. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

It was unclear to me that this company took my medical insurance for something that got into my daughters eye, but then I set up eye exams for my kids and had to pay just under 400 dollars for what would have normally been free. I did not understand at all that they would not take my insurance when they just had a month earlier. Please understand, incase they don't tell you that they have medical and optical-it doesn't mean the same thing. Be specific with your questions on cost prior to any treatment, they don't give you a heads up or anything. They new by the 6th of December that the exams I

I’ve been a patient here for the last 18 years and always happy with the staff and service I receive. Dr. Hock is caring, patient and attentive to your needs. He uses the latest equipment and can track any issues year to year. I even buy my eye supplements here because it’s a good price and easy to order! I'm very grateful for my recent eye exam with Dr. Dan Hock, and the excellent customer service that I received from staff members Parker and Alicia. With a somewhat recent diagnosis that I have the start of early cataracts, I had specific requirements of what I was wanting to find in a polarized wrap style sunglass, and incorporating readers into the glasses. While I didn't find on the shelf a pair of sunglasses that met my needs, Parker's suggestion of looking at catalogs of glasses, and assisting me with Alicia's help in ordering a couple pairs on that we found in our search, resulted in my getting
