We are located in Monroe and are convenient to Atlanta, Athens, and all of North Georgia. We also ship our products anywhere in the continental U.S. Rick Holder started Alcovy Mountain Lumber in 2000, and sons Whit and Gabel re-branded the business as Georgia Reclaimed in 2016. We offer a full line of reclaimed wood products including flooring, wall boards, beams, and mantels.

Rick's love of old wood compelled him to start this business 16 years ago. When he's not working, there's a good chance he's playing his fiddle or headed to or from distant places on his motorcycle. Bud handles counter sales in our reclaimed wood store and loves to help customers find the right wood for their projects.
Services
My experience with Georgia Reclaimed was exceptional. Not only was the ordering process quick and painless but when the wood arrived it was better than we thought it could be. It was all perfectly uniform cut, making it instantly ready to use for our project. The quality of the wood was great and was the perfect color for the natural touch we wanted to add to our kitchen.

Needed tongue and groove. Although they were closed on Monday they still agreed to come out.
I got lost and was over an hour late and they were there.

Got some pretty incredible red oak barn wood siding from these fine folks
in the charming town of Monroe, the wood all came from the same barn which was a a nice surprise, special thanks to Gable for all his patience and professionalism in putting our order together and making my wife happy (no easy task) you have to make the drive to this place and check it out, located in the old historic Walton Mill on the edge of town, you will be glad you came to Georgia Reclaimed.

Great source of reclaimed wood, mostly planks from barns. A few dozen species available on hand and well organized. It's located in the back and bottom of the old antique mall, so it's a bit hard to find. Just park and follow the signs.
Great people, friendly and knowledgeable.
