From the moment I spoke to Patrick in admitting , mom has received excellent care. The nursing staff is caring and knowledgeable, the PT/OT are great at motivating and the director plus staff are professional/personable. The dietary crew as worked with us on moms dietary allergies remarkably. I highly recommend the care here and I trust them.

Helpful team members! Aisha, Tonya, Clara, and Tisha were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was great!! They truly were obvious that they all care about the Residents. Activities were good, Communicated well about my care. Therapy services were good, and I am very likely to refer someone else to this facility.

My mother in law is back in this facility and I just LOVE it now. The aids are FANTASTIC. Tonya is WONDERFUL, Ismail is GREAT, and then there is Aisha she is just AWESOME. Everyone helps everyone and everyone has a smile on their face most of the time (everyone has bad days). They get her up and dress her everyday and keep her up and don't put her back to bed after lunch like before. They talk to her everyday and don't ignore her because she doesn't talk if she doesn't know or like you. I can't say enough GREAT thing about this place. Everyone should at least check this place out.

The facility reopened in March and I was hired in April. I worked in few nursing homes before and so Lynnwood Post Acute Rehab center is a great place to work. The staff is awesome because there is team spirit and there is difference between the management and the floor staff. I feel really good when I come to work. I will recommend this facility for anyone who wants to work or bring their love ones.

I am a current employee of Lynnwood PARC. The building reopened in March, and it looks amazing. The facility is clean, well kept, and there is an amazing team of Nurses, CNAs, Clinical Managers, Dietary Staff, Housekeeping Staff, and Therapy Staff who make it possible to provide extraordinary care to our residents. I was given the opportunity to broaden my nursing skills by becoming the MDS Coordinator. The team at Lynnwood PARC is a close knit family who can rely on one another no matter the circumstance. I would recommend Lynnwood PARC to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility for their

After having emergency hip surgery this was the place we chose. We heard about them through our friend's, whose mother had been in there a year ago for a fractured wrist and they we're impressed. If I could I'd give them a 10 out of 5 star rating, I would!
All the employees were professional, helpful & friendly. Every nurse I saw at their station were very diligent & careful with the way they handled medications, including the few I took.
The CNA's very hard-working & kind, some patients were very hard to be around, yet all I saw was compassion.
The PT & OT really helped me get on my feet quickly

So far it has been a good experience. My mom is in the west wing of the building, which, I think is focused on short to medium stay rehab. It is actually very peaceful and her room is spacious. She's able to keep her windows open for fresh air. The staff is caring and efficient. We had a bit of a rough start, because Mom checked in on a Friday evening and I felt she was not really under a doctor's care until the attending was able to see her on Tuesday. We had a lot of concerns about the medications she was on from the orders left over from the hospital. Hindsight for me is to make sure I have
