Eye Physicians & Surgeons opened over 50 years ago in 1959. We are dedicated to providing high-quality vision care along with a genuine neighborly concern for patients' well-being. We moved to our current 6,500 square foot location in 1963 and added a fully accredited outpatient surgery center in 1986.

Billings Cataract & Laser Surgicenter opened in 1986 providing exceptional quality and outstanding clinical service for the more than 9,000 procedures. The facility is owned and operated by Web Properties Inc. Web Properties Inc. is owned by George F. Hatch Jr.

This state-of-the-art facility is staffed by physicians who are board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and are licensed in the State of Montana, as well as a supporting team of registered nurses and certified techs.All our staff have basic life support (BLS) and acute cardiac life safety (ACLS) certifications.

Just like having yearly physical exams can help ward off problems with your health before they start, getting your eyes examined regularly is an important part of keeping your eyes, and your vision, as healthy as they can be. Even if your vision seems perfect and you are not having any apparent problems, you should eye exams at age 40.

Carmelo is a remote, sleepy little village situated on the West Bank of the Paraguay River in Northern Paraguay, a region referred to as the Chaco. Famous for cattle and bird hunting, the area is very arid, relatively flat, and covered with scrub brush. The community and surrounding area are home to perhaps 10,000 people.
