Stormwater Facilities provides new construction stormwater management and site drainage. In addition, we maintain, repair and restore existing storm water facilities including retention ponds, detention systems, drainage and all erosion control measures (ECM). Stormwater Facilities has 25 years of experience with pervious and impervious rain runoff solutions, ranging from dry wells to micro bio-retention facilities.
Stormwater Facilities offers grading and excavation services as one of a full range of site development contracting. Our grading and excavation construction services include housing developments, industrial and commercial developments, parking lots, roads and more. We have 25 years of land excavation experience and a large inventory of equipment grading-specific for Maryland's varying topographies, including dense rock, clay and frozen soil.
We offer this as a single service or initially as part of our grading and excavation and total site development services. Additionally, we have in-house roll off dumpster rental and hauling services. Debris is removed in accordance with demolition permits and disposal plans. If materials require special handling such as recycling or specified disposal facilities, we are well versed in local rules and regulations.
Stormwater Facilities offers Underground Utility Emergency Response Services 24/7 for sewage system malfunctions, sinkholes, storm drain blockages, flooding issues, sewage emergencies, watermain breaks and more. Our quick containment and in-house resolution will get you cleaned up and operational. I had an amazing 5 years with stormwater facilities a company that genuinely cares about their customers and employees. Mr. Rich puts 100% into everything he touches; and is a man of his word, I had the privilege of being Bobs right hand man in which he taught me so much and made me feel safe, and comfortable with everything we did.
