Champion Packaging and Distributing, Inc. was founded in the fall of 1989 by Thomas J. Pecora. Armed with 2,000 square feet, one filling line and a single truck to make deliveries, Champion began producing Windshield Washer Solvent for local service stations and parts houses.
At the time, much of the filling process was still manual and when Thomas wasn't out on a sales call, ordering raw materials, or managing the day-to-day affairs of the business, he could be found standing shoulder to shoulder with his staff, capping and packing bottles by hand.

Went to this place for a interview HR lady had me come in last minute. She took me back to the warehouse for interview she didn’t even know the job description or what the company does. So a lot of awkward silence and she kept sayIng I wish the production manager was here to give you a better run down. My question is how the hell are you a HR manager and you don’t know nothing about the company or how it runs that’s embarrassing and horrible and don’t waste peoples time bringing them in for interviews and stringing them along horrible business practices.
