Dr. Johnson and his family have joyfully relocated to this area from his home town of Miami where he has been in private practice for 27 years. A fifth generation doctor, he grew up between Florida and the Bahamas. His love of water and the islands led him to Monserrat where he attended American University of the Caribbean, a school known for its Ivy League visiting professors.
After his internship in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he completed his residency through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Johnson goes way beyond the current standard of care by using an ultrasound machine to evaluate most of the major organ systems that other physicians evaluate with only palpation.
