I work for my cousin. He is medically fragile and in a wheelchair. A workman came to his house ( I was there, too) , and was not wearing a mask. Today, my cousin was called by his doctor office to say that that man and maybe some in the office had COVID 19. Now, because of an asinine human being, I also have to quarantine.

I have been very pleased with every service I have had done in my home over the past 4 years. Danny Greer does his best to accommodate whatever need there is in as timely of a manner as possible. T his business came to our rescue when our hot water heater went up, They came same day & had it all installed by day's end! Have had refrigerator, microwave repairs. Garbage disposal installation went smoothly. Any plumbing issues we have had has been addressed promptly. Danny does his best to get to emergency asap & somehow makes time during his day. He cleans every thing up. He is thorough, & conscientious

If I could give it a 0, I would. He came and diagnosed the problems and was supposed to order the parts. We had 2 no show appointments to install and fix after the first appointment. I took 2 days off to be here for the appointments. The first day I waited from 2-5. At 5:15 I called Gerald's appliance and Gerald himself had the audacity to complain to me about not being able to find reliable help. He said he could not find people who would pass a drug test!? Gerald did not bother to even call me about not showing. I was told his repairperson would meet me the next day between 12;30-1;30. No show
