Spoke with Rich who came out for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide me and make recommendations on some of the work necessary, especially since i knew nothing about trees. The quote came in fast and was very reasonable and they were able to start quickly. Eric and his crew were on time and great. They did a decent amount of work, finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up nicely when done. Id definitely recommend ProTree and will be using them again when I have additional needs in the future.

Rich and the ProTree team are amazing, quick, and incredibly professional. Im a returning customer that has used them for large tree removals, stump removals and other plant/bush removals. They were quick to respond to my requests. Rich has come by twice and walked me through the issues and multiple options for how to handle it. After doing my own research, Rich gave me an estimate that was extremely competitive and fair. The teams that came to remove all our trees and stumps were on-time, efficient and did a great job cleaning up the debris. Will be using them in the future.

For a while now I’ve been in need of a fair amount of tree maintenance. I decide to have ProTree come out and take a look. They did a thorough review of my needs and provided a clear itemized list. Right before they were to come out I had a tree fall on a vehicle because of a storm. They immediately came out and made plans to also deal with getting the tree off of my vehicle. The crew that did the work was excellent. They kept me updated as they did the work and showed great care for my property as they removed and maintained trees. Then i had a tree down from a storm blocking my driveway and they offer 24/7 service. It was a Sunday. I called and the answering service said it is considered an emergency since it was blocking my driveway. She said someone would call me right back. I received a call asking "is the tree still there" over 24 hours later. I said "no, someone took care of it" and they hung up without apology or explanation.

Our 75 year old magnolia was so severely pruned by Pro Tree that it shocked it into near death. It has gloriously bloomed every year except 2021. The largest limbs of the tree were sawed off. The tree is in its death throes. Pro Tree will not take our phone calls, will not answer emails, refused to answer a letter where we asked for them to… remove the tree and replace; again no response. They are taking NO responsibility for destroying this beautiful piece of nature. Never mind that we paid $1300 for this debacle and aren't asking for the money to be returned. We get a lot of mailers at our new house. Most of them are never the right time for the service we need. We got one from ProTree and I called them right away b/c my wife had been wanting us to remove two decaying trees in the front yard, one that was bumping the house and making the lawn all mildewey and stuff. Received a mailer for this company and emailed them for a quote. They called and made an appointment. They evidently showed and then I waited. I received an email 2 weeks later asking how things were and if I was ready to schedule. I said I didn't receive a quote. They said they would send it again. Again, never received a quote or a follow up. Not sure I can deal with such incompetence.

I hired Protree to clean up 2 trees, and remove the dead limbs. In fact, I started with the conversation, that I have a tree over my patio, that provides a natural canopy over the entire patio, and blocks the sun until 7 pm at night in the summers and it provided privacy. I was clear I had 2 dead branches (one at the top, and one over my neighbors property and they could go and remove it from my neighbors side). Pro-Tree did a great job removing three enormous poplars from our property and trimming the others. It was a sad occasion for us, as we love our trees, but two were definitely a hazard and one was in the way. So we were not looking forward to having this job done.

Jim was very responsive. He came out within a day to quote our job. The team he sent out lead by Jose--were awesome. The completely worked their tails off. They followed, from what I could see, all safety precautions and took down 9 trees in one day. The next day, Dominic came out and ground all the stumps--a lot of work for one guy. He too busted it. Price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend ProTree and use them for any future tree work we may have.
